Orders and Shipping: How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after your order ships. Most orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 have a flat shipping rate of $9.99. Do you ship to all 50 states? Yes, we ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not offer international shipping. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and email address to check the current status of your delivery.
Payment and Pricing: What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover payment cards. All payments are processed securely. Returns and Refunds: What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed promptly. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, you will need to follow our return process. Contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Products and Warranty: Are all products new? Yes. All printers sold on InkjetMart are brand new and shipped in factory-sealed packaging from the manufacturer. Do products come with a warranty? Yes. All products include the manufacturer standard warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. Warranty terms vary by product model.
