We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Return Eligibility: You may return any product within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them. Opened ink cartridges and consumables are not eligible for return. Products must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product serial number must match the serial number on your original order. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Return: Contact our customer support team at support@inkjetmart.us to initiate a return. You can also call us at (269) 402-3499 during business hours Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions including the return address and any required labels. Please do not send returns without first obtaining a return authorization number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed. Our team responds within 1 to 2 business days.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return at our facility, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged or defective items. Please retain all original packaging materials until your replacement arrives or your refund is processed, as the carrier may need to inspect the packaging during the claims process.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement product. This ensures the fastest processing time for both your refund and your new order. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above. We process most orders within 1 to 3 business days, so we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to cancel.
Manufacturer Warranty: All inkjet printers sold through our store include the manufacturer's standard warranty, which typically covers defects in materials and workmanship for one to two years from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. If you need assistance with a warranty claim, our customer support team can provide you with the manufacturer's contact information and help guide you through the warranty process. The manufacturer warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and may provide additional coverage beyond the return period.
